Team Event - Rug Tufting Workshop

Looking for a creative and engaging way to bring your team together? Our 3-hour Rug Tufting Workshop in Sterling offers a unique, hands-on team building experience that blends artistry, relaxation, and collaboration. With the guidance of our expert instructor, each participant will design and craft their own 16" x 16" (40cm x 40cm) rug using a tufting gun and vibrant yarns. No prior experience is needed—our team will provide full instruction on safely operating the tufting gun, feeding yarn, and working with beginner-friendly patterns. 🧶 What to Expect: Creativity & Expression: Each team member creates their own rug design, showcasing individuality while working side by side. Step-by-Step Guidance: Learn how to prepare your canvas, follow safety guidelines, and complete finishing touches like backing, gluing, trimming and cutting. Relax & Connect: A supportive environment designed to reduce stress and strengthen workplace connections. All-Inclusive Experience: All materials are provided, plus complimentary snacks to keep your team energized. At the end of the session, everyone will leave with a completed rug—no return trip required. This workshop is an excellent way to boost morale, encourage creativity, and give your team a lasting reminder of their shared experience. Workshop Policies: Refunds or rescheduling are available with at least 72 hours’ notice. Each participant must create their own rug (workshop is only for registered participants). Please arrive on time—workshops may be canceled for arrivals more than 15 minutes late.
