We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and group events. Popular sessions fill quickly, so earlier booking gives you the best availability.

All approved cancellations are subject to a 3% processing fee to cover payment transfer costs.

Yes. For groups of 15 or more, light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Please keep items simple so they do not interfere with the workshop experience.

Full payment is required in advance to secure your date. A single payment for the group is preferred.

Small increases may be accommodated if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Additional participants can be paid for on the day of the event.

If fewer participants attend than originally booked and the workshop allows, unused spots will be provided as DIY kits. Refunds are not offered for no-shows.
