Looking to unleash your creativity? Join us in Sterling for a fun and engaging 3-hour rug tufting workshop—perfect for beginners! Using a tufting gun, vibrant yarns, and a 16" x 16"(40cm x 40cm) frame, you’ll design and craft your own unique masterpiece. All materials are provided, and you’ll receive step-by-step guidance on safely operating the tufting gun, feeding yarn, and working through beginner-friendly patterns. Along the way, you’ll also learn essential finishing techniques, including trimming, backing, cutting, gluing, and shaving, so your rug looks polished and professional. This experience is ideal for team-building events, date nights, birthday gifts, or simply a fun weekend activity in Northern Virginia. With individual support in a welcoming environment, you’ll enjoy the process as much as the result. Plus, complimentary snacks are included! You’ll leave with your finished rug in hand—no need to return for pick-up. Age Requirement: Participants must be 14 years or older. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the workshop. NOTE: Refunds or rescheduling are available if requested at least 72 hours before the workshop. Each participant must make their own rug, and the workshop is only for paying participants. Please be advised that your workshop will be canceled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
