Age Range
17+
Open to kids and adults. Participants under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
1. Measure and Mix
Measure it, ground it and add finely ground Turkish coffee and warm water into the cezve.
2. Brew on Sand
Place the cezve into hot sand and slowly heat.
3. Watch the Foam Rise
When foam forms, remove gently. Do not stir.
4. Serve and Enjoy
Pour slowly into the cup and let the grounds settle before drinking.
